2. Our Services
Interview Ignition AI offers local-first desktop software, knowledge bases, onboarding guides, support, and related materials to help candidates prepare for interviews. Information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or would subject us to any registration requirement in that jurisdiction. People who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, or similar regimes. Do not use the Services in ways that would require such compliance. We may restrict or disable access to certain features when necessary to comply with local requirements.
- Local compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws wherever you are located.
- Device requirements: You must provide compatible hardware, operating systems, network access, and security controls.
- Updates: We may push updates, patches, or new versions. Some updates may be required to keep using the Services securely.
3. License Grant

- Activation: Your license may include device or user activation limits.
- Updates: We may provide updates; some features may require separate licensing.
- Enterprise: Separate terms may apply for volume or enterprise use.
4. License Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, or hosting as a service.

- No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive conduct in connection with the Software.
5. Ownership
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, documentation, and associated intellectual property, subject only to the limited license granted herein.
6. Intellectual Property
We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, source code, documentation, databases, text, graphics, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the “Content” and “Marks”). The Content and Marks are provided “AS IS” for your personal or internal business use only and are protected by global copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
- All Content and Marks remain our property or the property of our licensors.
- You may download or print portions of the Content for your internal or personal use only, provided you do not remove proprietary notices.

Certain features may require you to create an account, redeem a license key, or authenticate with a third party. You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may reclaim or change any username that is inappropriate or infringes rights.
9. Purchases & Payment
Fees may apply to certain Services, including one-time licenses, add-ons, or subscription plans. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the order is placed, as well as any applicable taxes, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method.

In those cases the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
